The Lama Emerges

He is the portly, bald fellow in the middle of the group between the buildings. We are told that he normally lives in Kathmandu, having fled Tibet when it was occupied by China, and that he has achieved a level of learning equivalent to the Dalai Lama, but is not politically as high up since there can only be one King of Tibet.
