The Pyramid

In the rear, under the pyramid, is the Italian-Nepali high-altitude research center, which is available for your project for a fee, since they apparently don't have enough work to keep it busy year-round. The front part is the "Hotel 8000 Inn", which is actually closer to 5000 meters, but probably offers the last hot showers on the way up to Everest. Those are photovoltaic panels you see on the roof and side of building.
